Make the Customer’s Event a Success.
Customer Satisfaction is key to this business. If the customer is happy, they schedule us again. It is that simple. Workers are expected to be on-time, be polite, be helpful, be flexible.
There may be times when workers are asked to perform tasks outside of the role they are at the event for. (example: Bartender being asked to sweep the floor). As long as the task is in line with our primary goal of making the customer’s event a success, it is our expectation that the worker is flexible and complies.
Schedules will change week to week based on the events we have booked. If you have availability for the week, text the days you are available to our Staffing Line (832-276-3869).
If you are experienced wait staff, bartender, general labor and/or prep cook looking to pick up extra shifts, Rent-A-Prep is looking for you. We schedule around our customer's events, so this is not full time employment. We offer you the available shifts and you decide if you are available. We have three basic uniforms, comprised of the pieces below that you will be required to have:
• White and Black Dress Shirt
• Black Pants, Black Dress Shoes & Black Socks
• Black Vest, Black Tie, Black Bowtie
• Black Polo Shirt
